Barbara has spent a number of years researching and studying different types of healing, spiritual and personal development. In Saphire Barbara uses a Fusion of the powerful new Energy Psychologies with the more traditional field of clinical hypnotherapy and the personal change tools of NLP and coaching.

This fusion of therapies brings together some of the most powerful and up to date selection of therapies, all effective in their own right, but together they are a formidable and potent force to help you  achieve the personal changes that you, as the client, want in your life for your wellbeing and benefit.

Barbara believes passionately in the importance of empowering people to take responsibilty for their own healing processes and to this end all therapy treatments offered by Saphire require that the client plays their part by entering the therapy with the willingness to make any necessary life style changes and the intention and desire to improve their life , with the skilled help of their therapist.
